The UWM Innovation Accelerator is a facility designed to foster collaborations between academia and Industry. It is home to one of the most advanced proto-typing centers in the Midwest. Our engineers and machinists work on a fee for service basis to help startups and large companies alike design and fabricate devices or parts that they need for their products.

Cambridge Commons, the UWM Real Estate Foundation’s second residence hall, was awarded LEED© Gold certification in January 2011. Cambridge Commons is located on the corner of Cambridge Avenue and North Avenue.  The residence hall is a 700 bed facility (including approximately 200 sophomore beds) with administrative and classroom space, a fully-stocked convenience store, as well as the UWM Foundation and UWM Research Foundation offices.  Cambridge Commons opened to students in August 2010.

LEED 2011 GOLD
RiverView Hall, the UWM Real Estate Foundation’s first project, opened its doors to students in January 2008. The residence hall was built to appeal to first-year students at UWM, offering spacious suites with a view of downtown and the Milwaukee River.
